- How much is your commission?
The total commission that I charge is 6%. Half of this is given to the broker that brings the buyer. If I find the buyer, my total commission is 5% and if you find the buyer during the listing period my commission is 4%. Coldwell Banker Professional, Realtors also charges a $200 administrative fee at closing.
